Message	I've learned since this happened & have subsequently successfully sold my motorcycle on ebay with the caveat: Title transfers upon clearance of funds. The old adage: A Bank Check is As Good As Moiney" is not true. A check in any form is still a check - Just Ask Your Bank. No keys/no title until the money order/certified check/bank check/personal check/real cash clears it through the bank's anit-fraud, anti-counterfeit approval process and they release the money.
